These datasets include incorporated municipalities in North Carolina that participate in the Powell Bill Program, and boundaries of municipalities which do not participate in the Powell Bill Program. Sources for the boundaries vary in scale and format as provided by the individual Municipalities.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
